FAX a duly signed purchase order stating:

1. the number of client licenses required.

2. the CodeMatrix edition required.

3. an email address to deliver license key to.

4. any existing support agreement number.

A support agreement, invoice and interim license key will be sent.
Upon receipt of payment the full license key will be delivered.  
Payment is by direct bank transfer.
