Licensed users receive support via email or by calling the support number on your support agreement. Please quote your support agreement number in any email request. Using the email support option in CXInsight fills in the agreement number automatically.

A peer support mailing list is available. To subscribe to this list click this link listserv@codematrix.com, this will open your default email client and fill in all the information necessary. Simply click send.
